CMI was appointed to head the Dispute Resolution section of this major EU-financed programme in Russia. The programme itself deals with a broad range of training and reforms to the Arbitraz (commercial) Courts.
CMI is delivering a series of seminars and training programmes to Russian judges and court officials from cities including Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod. These seminars are a key component in establishing mediation mechanisms within the Russian courts.
This project is a natural extension of CMI’s significant track record in the region.
