CMI and ICC jointly delivered the ICC’s first ever training programme for managers and for legal counsel representing businesses in mediation. 45 delegates from 19 countries attended this 1 and 1/2 day course at the ICC headquarters in Paris.
It was described by participants as "excellent", "instructive and thought-provoking", "extremely well presented" with "inspirational communicators".
