Romania – adviser on mediation to the Ministry of Justice
As part of its extensive consulting programme to the Government of Romania, CMI is delivering a training programme to Romanian Members of Parliament. This is aimed at building an in-depth understanding of mediation, and in particular the mediation reforms which the government is introducing.
CMI has been at the forefront of these developments for over a year, advising the Romanian Government on the introduction of mediation into the Romanian legal system.
