We are often called upon to provide internal training programmes for law firms. This most often covers training in how to represent clients in mediation, and how to use mediation as a basis for practice development.
CMI is experienced in running large-scale programmes, sometimes bringing together 100s lawyers from dozens of international offices of the same law firm. For example, in September 2004 we ran a mediation training programme for 110 lawyers from some 15 offices of a major international law firm.
