CMI was in Slovenia this week, working with the Ljubljana District Court in its court-annexed mediation programme. The programme is among the leading and most successful court-annexed mediation operations in Europe.
CMI delivered advanced mediator skills training for the court's mediators, to further refine and hone their skills in key aspects of commercial mediation.
CMI Director Bill Marsh said: "We are delighted to renew our relationship with Ljubljana District Court, who have also played a key role in our Inter-Governmental Mediation Workshops in the past. The standard of mediator skills amongst the court's mediators is already impressively high, and it wa a great pleasure to work with them in further enhancing their effectiveness".
